Why a Strategic Plan for Christ Church?
At Christ Church we are committed to building a sustainable and strategic ministry that will have a deep impact in the future. That’s why in 2022, we partnered with Ministry Architects, a church-focused consulting organization, as we work to increase the health and vitality of our parish. Members served on the Strategic Planning Team and set key goals and benchmarks for the next five years. Other members served on the Renovation Team and worked with parish clergy, staff, and ministry leaders to implement the various elements of the plan and accomplish a number of the first-year benchmarks. Now, work continues by members of the Vestry as we focus on the second-year benchmarks and the long-term success of our parish.
