Why a Strategic Plan for Christ Church?

At Christ Church we are committed to building a sustainable and strategic ministry that will have a deep impact in the future. That’s why we have invited Ministry Architects, a church-focused consulting organization, to partner with us as we work to increase the health and vitality of our parish. In November 2022, our parish participated in listening sessions designed to discover our strengths, opportunities, and challenges. Using that information, members served on the Strategic Planning Team and set key goals and benchmarks for the next five years. The plan was adopted by the vestry and then presented to the parish at the 2023 annual meeting. Since then, the Renovation Team has been working with parish clergy and staff to implement the various elements of the plan and have accomplished a number of benchmarks.
