Join with other moms from Christ Church and Christ Church Episcopal Preschool for mom and baby yoga this spring. Focus on gentle postures that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being and breathing practices that help calm the mind and reduce stress while bonding with your infant. Itty Bitty Yogis classes will be held on Wednesdays, April 30, May 7, 14, and 21, from 10 to 10:45 AM in Parish Hall C. The cost is $15 per session. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for your baby, and RSVP below. Then plan to stay for coffee, snacks, and connection with other new moms after each week’s class.
