As Jesus prayed in the garden of Gethsemane shortly before his arrest, he asked his disciples to keep vigil with him—to stay awake and support him in his hour of need. You are invited to keep watch in the Chapel on Maundy Thursday, April 17, from 8 PM to midnight, following the 7 PM service in the Church. Then on Holy Saturday, April 19, we invite you to participate in an overnight vigil at the fire outside the Parish Center from 7:30 PM to 6 AM as we await Christ’s victory over death with the lighting of the Paschal candle at the Easter Vigil. Sign up for an hour or two on one or both dates.
